Privacy policy
ADSFAIR B.V. (Albert Plesmanplein 20, 2805 AB Gouda, the Netherlands, henkjan@adsfair.xyz) runs Demand Radar and is responsible for the personal data described here.
What we keep
- Your email address, if you sign in or subscribe, to send your sign-in link and run your account.
- Your plan and how many checks you used this month, to apply the limits of your plan. For visitors who are not signed in we count checks with a one-way code made from the IP address, not the address itself.
- The ideas you check (the words and the country), without your name or email, as an anonymous signal of what people want. They can appear in our lists of demand.
- Payment details are handled by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, under the Paddle privacy notice. We receive your email, country, plan and subscription status, never your card details.
Cookies
We only use functional cookies: one to keep you signed in and one for team access. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Who processes data for us
Vercel (hosting and storage), Resend (sign-in emails), Paddle (payments) and DataForSEO (search data; we only send the search words, never personal data).
How long
Account data as long as you have an account and up to 12 months after. Monthly usage counts for 13 months. Invoice data as long as the law requires (7 years in the Netherlands).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to receive a copy, by emailing henkjan@adsfair.xyz. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
