Terms and conditions

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. Who we are

Demand Radar is a service of ADSFAIR B.V., Albert Plesmanplein 20, 2805 AB Gouda, the Netherlands, VAT NL853775485B01, henkjan@adsfair.xyz ("we").

2. The service

Demand Radar shows measured search demand, forecasts and advice for ideas, products and services in the Netherlands, Germany and the United States. Forecasts are probabilities based on past data. They are not guarantees, and you decide yourself what you do with them.

3. Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Pro and Business) are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account ("Manage or cancel" on the pricing page). After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

5. Fair use

Each plan includes a number of idea checks per month (Free 3, Pro 300, Business 2,000). Checks reset on the first day of each month. Business API keys are for your own company and its staff; do not resell the data or share keys publicly. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or try to get around the limits.

6. Data sources

Data comes from third parties such as Google (via DataForSEO), NASA POWER, MET Norway (CC BY 4.0), OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL), Eurostat, the ECB and others. We do our best to keep data correct and the service available, but we cannot promise it is always complete, correct or online.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit or missed revenue.

8. Changes

We may change these terms or our prices. We tell paying customers by email at least 30 days before a change affects them; the change applies from your next billing period, and you can cancel before then.

9. Law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to a court where you live.
